Inter House Chess Tournament 2011
The Inter-House chess tournament was held on Mondays the 10th, 17th and 24th of October. Madara Wijesooriya of Scott House emerged as the Over 15 Champion while Upendra Ranasinghe of Scott House was the runner-up. Primasha Perera of Restarick House emerged as the Under 15 Champion while Sayumi Munasinghe of Rigby House was the runner-up.

Achievements- Participated in the Viharamahadevi Inter School Chess Championship. The Under 12 team was placed 5th in the overall ranking. Swaja Swarnaraja of Grade 6 was placed 2nd in the Individual ranking and missed the board prize by 17.5% The Under 14 team was placed 4th in the overall ranking.
